Using the service

You may use Veriscore only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm other users, candidates, employers, partners or the security and availability of the platform. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Accounts and eligibility

Some features require an account and may be limited by role, age, geography, professional context or verification status. Information provided during registration should be accurate and should not impersonate another person or organisation.

AI, scores and professional information

AI-generated text, scores, matching results, rankings, validations and other automated outputs are tools that can assist judgement; they are not a guarantee of suitability, employment, performance or factual correctness. Users should apply appropriate human review before relying on an output for an important decision.

You must not use Veriscore to unlawfully discriminate, manipulate assessments, misrepresent qualifications or make decisions in a manner prohibited by employment, equality, data-protection or other applicable law.

User content

You retain responsibility for content you submit and must have the rights needed to use it. By submitting content, you permit Veriscore to process it to provide the requested feature, including technically necessary storage, transformation or transmission to contracted service providers where applicable.

Payments and credits

Where paid services, credits or promotions are offered, the applicable price, quantity and material conditions should be shown before the transaction is completed. Payment processing may be provided by an external payment provider. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable where the law grants them.

Availability and changes

Veriscore may maintain, update, secure or change the service and may temporarily limit functionality when reasonably necessary for operations, security, legal compliance or development. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Suspension and misuse

Access may be restricted or suspended when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or systems, comply with law, enforce applicable terms or respond to security threats. Proportionate steps should be used and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or user rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Veriscore is not responsible for independent third-party services or for decisions made by users solely on the basis of generated suggestions, rankings or other decision-support information.

Applicable law and contact
